Understanding Death By Inga Lamb
Once we understand that we never really die, we can relax and enjoy our play and all the actors in it.
For most of us, it is only when we are faced head-on with the death of someone we love or with our own mortality that we can no longer run from Death.
We ignore Death, hoping that by not looking at it, it won’t happen. As we do this, Death becomes our enemy and something we spend our lives fearing. The irony of fearing Death is that we do not Live. Our fear and misunderstanding of Death keep us trapped in a perpetual loop of survival and suffering.
Once we come to know Death, we can start to live, and Life becomes a beautiful experience.
In this short book, I take you on a journey to meet with and know the truth about Death. We uncover the true nature of reality and how we humans fit into this fabric. Once we know the truth, and if we choose to accept it, our lives are forever changed.

MY STORY
Hello and welcome to your inner healer!
My name is Inga and I am here to show you how to bring joy, peace, love and happiness back into your life.
I am trained in shamanism, belief clearing techniques and the Akashic records.
Through this incredible knowledge I have created my own healing programs, where you can work with me either through my video courses or directly with me through individual sessions.
I bring to you 13 years of self - exploration and soul searching. I tried so many things.... courses, diets, breathing, meditation and so much more! It was through this never ending quest that I found the essence that lies within each and every one of us. The essence of life.... that is more beautiful than anything we can imagine.
As a teacher of 22 years I profoundly understand how people respond to change and to learning. I have combined this knowledge with my shamanic and belief clearing training to create my programs. The 4 steps program was created to be done in the peace of your own home at your own pace.
The individual sessions were created to offer a more personalised and individual approach to healing.
